Holocaust Survivor Services to Receive an Additional $5 Million Per Year for Five Years from Insurance Commission

An extra $5 million per year for social services to Jewish victims of Nazism will be distributed for each of the next five years, including 2005, from the International Commission on Holocaust Era Insurance Claims (ICHEIC). The extra funds come from ICHEIC allocations originally earmarked for 2010 and 2011, and are separate from ICHEIC funds allocated towards the payment of eligible claims. Full story.
