(IsraelNN.com) The Federation of Russian Jewish Communities (FEOR) and the World Congress of Russian Speaking Jewry announced plans to create a network of bureaus to monitor anti-Semitism and xenophobia in Russia, according to a December 5 report by the AEN news agency.

FEOR executive direction Valery Engel told AEN that complaints of anti-Semitic incidents from Jews across the country have been increasing significantly, and that the bureaus would provide victims of anti-Semitism and other forms of xenophobia with legal help.
