Two New Holocaust Monuments Go Up in Western Ukraine

VOLYN, Ukraine – The program “Memory and Gratitude” carried out in the Volyn Region of western Ukraine, hosted the final event for this year, with the inauguration of commemorative monuments. The memorials were erected in two separate settlements, at sites where Jewish residents from the towns of Nesukhoizhe and Druzhkopol were killed in a mass shooting carried out by occupying Nazi forces in 1942.
