Tallin, January 30, Interfax – About a thousand candles were lit at the graves of Nazi German soldiers in Parnu, Estonia, on Holocaust Day January 27. Candles were also lit at the foot of a large stone cross and along cemetery paths.

Another 100 candles were lit at the monument for so-called Estonian freedom fighters – Estonians who fought in the Nazi German army. But these candles were put out later in the day.
