Information has been mailed to each school. The postmark deadline for entries is March 24. Winners will have their work published in The Enquirer and displayed at the Boone County Public Library’s Scheben branch in Union. There also will be a ceremony honoring the winners at 4:30 p.m. April 26 at the Scheben branch.
