Published in 1979 in the United States, Helen Epsteinâs classic âChildren of the Holocaustâ? has now finally been translated to French under the title âLe traumatisme en heritageâ?.
Helen Epstein was born in Prague from parents who survived the Holocaust.
âI sought people who, like me, were filled by a story they never lived.â? For Helen Epstein it marked the beginning of her quest to record conversations with children of Holocaust survivors.
