SURVIVORS SPEAK: Holocaust Survivor Challenges Students to End Prejudice – News
THE prejudices that led to the extermination of 6 million Jews during the Nazi Holocaust are the same prejudices that exist in today’s world.
This was the message delivered April 24 by a child survivor of the Holocaust in the Campus Center to an audience of 250 people.
Now a resident of Pomona, Gabrielle Silten was arrested by the Nazis in June 1943 along with her parents and grandmother, and transported to a Nazi concentration camp in Westbork, Holland. Silten was 10 years old at the time.

my heart breaks for all the hurt, suffering,pain & horror of the Hitler era. We as a nation will never forget. I can’t imagine the pain. I shed tears every time I read about this. It is unbelievable that such a thing could happen.
