The Center For Holocaust Studies would like to remind you about the performances of Brundibar and I Never Saw Another Butterfly
at the Duncan Smith Theatre, Holmdel.

Brundibar, a moving children’s opera based on a fairy tale that was performed over 50 times by the children in Terezin, a Nazi concentration camp in Czechoslovakia. The accompanying choral piece, I Never Saw Another Butterfly, is based on the collected poems and drawings of some of the 15,000 children who were interned there. Ella Weissberg, who played the Cat in the performances at Terezin, will join in the program at each of the performances.
