Even in modern, diverse Europe, anti-Semitism still exists.

But recent, patient diplomatic efforts, an international expert says, have moved the Old World’s governments to new action in the fight against the ancient prejudice.

“Maybe over the years we’ve lost sight of the power of persuasion to move people, move governments to act,” Rabbi Andrew Baker said last night at a World Affairs Council of Greater Richmond program.
