Prague, – The case of Czech-Canadian Vladimir Stwora, who was charged with challenging the Holocaust and acquitted of the charges in December 2009, was returned to a district court for reappraisal, the court’d spokesman Tomas Jurecek told CTK yesterday.The new proceedings is to start on November 1, he said.Stwora placed a Czech translation of an article headlined “Holocaust and its Four-Million Variant” on his website in July 2007.The state attorney says the text questions the Nazi genocide of Jews during World War Two in terms of the number of victims and the existence of extermination camps and gas chambers.
