MUNICH — German judges hearing the case of John Demjanjuk have rejected a defense request to have prison doctors called as witnesses to testify about his health.Tuesday’s ruling came as the court rejected a total of 23 defense motions, including calls for more evidence from Ukraine and Russia.Demjanjuk is standing trial on 28,060 counts of accessory to murder for allegedly having been a guard at the Nazi’s Sobibor death camp.He denies ever being a camp guard, saying he has been mistaken for someone else.
