Moscow has condemned the decision by Estonia`s Prosecutor`s Office to end the investigation into the case of the 88-year-old Mikhail Gorshkov, suspected of involvement in the massacre of 3,000 Jews in Belarus during WWII. Russia`s Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Lukashevich described the move as ‘an insult to the memory of those murdered by the Nazis’.
